Luna's real father was finally revealed

Despite what you might think, this is a brand new, 2025 spoiler.

How many times has Luna's father been confirmed on The Bold and the Beautiful? About a million.

And here we go again!

Was Tom Luna's father?

For some reason, Li has the liver of the late Tom Starr, aka Luna's "father." Out of an old grudge, Li does a paternity test - again. And it reveals that Tom was NOT Luna's father!

So who is then?

Is Jack Luna's father?

Li calls Poppy in. And finally the real reason why Li hates Poppy so much is revealed.

All these years she has been sure that Poppy and Li's husband Jack had an affair. Li is sure that Jack is Luna's biological father. Li calls Jack in too, and demands a paternity test immediately.

The paternity test reveals that Jack is NOT Luna's father!

Li is sorry for her unfounded suspicions about an affair. Maybe now the sisters could mend their relationship?

At this point, there was only one option left.

Li tells Finn about the paternity tests she did. Can genius doctor Finn finally add 1+1? Will the light bulb go on in his head? What the hell was he doing with his aunt? (Note: Poppy and Finn are not biologically related)

Is Finn Luna's father?

Finn calls Poppy over, and demands answers.

It's always been emphasized that when Finn was in college, Poppy lived with Li's family. And now Finn and Poppy reminisce about the times they spent together talking on the roof of the house. But one night they went to Finn's room...

And then Poppy got pregnant, but swore to Finn that he wasn't the father. And stupid Finn believed her.

And now, 20 years later, Finn demands to know if he's Luna's father. You'd think Finn would have demanded a paternity test a long time ago. Poppy still insists that Finn isn't Luna's father.

But when left alone, Finn takes a paternity test that reveals that Finn is Luna's father! This information doesn't fill Finn with joy, but with tears.

To be sure, Finn takes another test, which also shows the same result.

Poppy doesn't want her night with Finn to be exposed, now that she finally has a chance to mend her relationship with Li. Poppy begs that Finn will keep his paternity a secret.

Will Finn do that?

Has this paternity mystery finally reached its end? It seems so.

Murder is hereditary

Luna's biological grandmother is the murderer Sheila, and Luna became a murderer too. Murder is therefore a family defect!

What kind of nice things could this duo plot together?

Look who's back in The Bold and the Beautiful!

Who was dug out of the grave this time? Well, luckily not!

Everyone seemed to assume that once Luna was revealed to be the murderer, she would be gone from the show. But apparently no ridiculously implausible plot twist is too much for The Bold and the Beautiful!

Luna, who is in prison, sends Bill letters, asking for help with her embarrassing and completely self-inflicted situation.

When Bill finally goes to the prison to see Luna, he is shocked. Luna has been beaten, and she says she fears for her life. Luna cries that if she stays here, she will be killed.

Well, it's not long before Bill pulls the strings and uses his influence. He gets Luna released from prison, and takes her home! Believable? Certainly not. Luna is a double murderer, and is now just in an ankle bracelet and under house arrest at Bill's place. Luna is of course so grateful to Bill.

How can a supposedly intelligent person like Bill be so stupid as to fall for Luna's tricks, and let her manipulate him? Well, if the plot requires it, then it has to be done.

Bill stresses to Luna that no one must know that Luna is at his place. Everyone else thinks Luna is still in prison.

Will and Electra come to Bill to tell him about Electra's suffering at Remy's hands. About how Will is a hero for saving Electra. Luna is secretly listening to them upstairs.

It seems that since Bill hasn't warmed up to Luna, she might be targeting the younger Spencer... Is Electra in danger again?

Can you trust a paternity test?

At least not in The Bold and the Beautiful. In the next spoiler, the five hundredth paternity test finally reveals the truth about Luna's father.

No, Luna's father wasn't Bill. And neither was Tom Starr, who died in vain because of that assumption. Who then? We are running out of options.

New opening theme reveals departing characters

The opening theme of The Bold and the Beautiful has once again got new faces in the US. But the most striking thing is that Thomas (Matthew Atkinson), his fiancée Paris (Diamond White) and RJ (Joshua Hoffman) are conspicuous by their absence. So it seems that they will not be seen in the series, at least not for the foreseeable future. RJ's reaction to his first love Luna being revealed as a murderer has been left completely unaddressed in the series.

The Bold and the Beautiful: New cast photo 2025

Perhaps the most surprising thing about the new photo of the cast is the presence of the evil Remy. Will he return to the series?

Also included in the photo is a new character, Daphne Rose, more on her later.
