The Bold and the Beautiful: Will Taylor die?

Last time Taylor passed out was when she saw Ridge and Brooke kissing and her heart couldn't take it. After Brooke had already left, Ridge saw Taylor unconscious, and ran to her aid.

Taylor tells Ridge about her situation, her deadly heart condition. Taylor asks Ridge not to tell Steffy. Ridge agrees to it only on the condition that Taylor agrees to go to the doctor.

This doctor is an old acquaintance, Grace Buckingham, who has surprising news. Taylor doesn't have heart failure. Taylor suffers from a broken heart! The official name of this disease is Takotsubo cardiomyopathy. And at worst, you can die from it.

Does this mean that in order to heal, Taylor needs to have Ridge to herself? Is marriage to Ridge the only possible cure for Taylor's illness? Is this the reason why Brooke and Ridge haven't gotten married this time?

Ridge finds a naturopathic healer for Taylor. Ridge is intensely involved in Taylor's treatment, and at one point they sit intimately on each other's laps. Brooke (of course) sees this, and guess does she like it?

This plot immediately lost all interest when it was revealed that Taylor is not dying. So if it's all about Brooke and Taylor's ancient fight over Ridge, then no thanks.

Ivy brings along Electra, who is the granddaughter of Eric's brother John. Ivy and Electra pitch a jewelry collection to Forrester. There is an instant spark between Electra and Will...

Taylor has a deadly secret

As the speculations could already guess, there was a reason why Taylor returned to the Bold and the Beautiful right now with a new face. Taylor is not coming, but leaving. For good this time.

Taylor tells Ridge that she still loves him (and that's not a surprise to anyone). Ridge has always been and always will be the love of Taylor's life.

Next, Taylor tries a little to make up with her rival sister Brooke. After all, they are both mothers, and only want the best for their children.

Taylor invites Li to visit her. As a doctor to a doctor, Taylor reveals that she is dying. She has heart failure.

Taylor doesn't want anyone in her family to know about her situation. Of course not. What would soap operas be without secrets. But those secrets are always revealed eventually. And then everybody cries?

Taylor then sees and hears Ridge and Brooke making out with each other. And Taylor's sick heart can't take it. Taylor loses consciousness and falls to the ground.

Will Taylor really die this time?

After all, dying is something Taylor is already very familiar with. At first she was thought to have died in a plane crash, but she actually lived as a prisoner in Prince Omar's court. Later Taylor apparently died of tuberculosis, but survived. And then Sheila shot Taylor, who "died" in Ridge's arms. But even then, Omar managed to nurse Taylor back to the books of the living.

In a legendary scene Ridge dug up Taylor's grave, and found just a doll! And at the same time, the real and alive Taylor appeared to tell her story.

But what happens this time? Will Ridge marry dying Taylor? Will the miracle doctor Finn save Taylor's life?

New character to the series

Ivy Forrester returns again, accompanied by her father John's granddaughter Electra, who is played by Laneya Grace. I guess this is a new woman for the series' younger male population to compete for, since Luna had to go.
