Xander Avant returned to Los Angeles, and immediately went to the annual medical check-up, just for fun. His doctor, of course, happens to be Finn, who has time to perform examinations, surgeries and medical breakthroughs. Everything will succeed.

Xander noticed Finn and Steffy's wedding photo on the table, and realized that his doctor is married to Steffy Forrester. Xander started telling Finn harsh truths about Thomas and what he has done.
Meanwhile, elsewhere, Hope and Thomas were spending quality time at the office doing everything but work, of course. Their relationship blossoms even though many people are against their relationship.
Thomas is so grateful to be with Hope, he says he is happier than ever. Thomas proposes to a surprised Hope.
Hope refuses the proposal, saying that she is not ready for such a commitment right now. Thomas understands and says that after waiting for years, he can wait a little longer. Thomas puts the engagement ring on Hope's necklace to wait for better times, so that it can be close to her heart.
Does Xander's return to the series mean that Thomas' evil side will take over again?
